Shipping Policy
All of our products are carefully packaged and shipped directly from Texas.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates: All orders are shipped via USPS (First-Class or Priority Mail depending on package size/weight). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free local pickup may be available upon request (contact us before placing your order).
Delivery Time: Standard delivery times are typically 3–5 business days within the U.S. (after processing). Please note: delays may occur due to weather, postal service issues, or high seasonal demand.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. If your order is marked “delivered” by USPS but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with your local post office and neighbors. If still unresolved, contact us—we’ll do our best to help.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds
On the Regular takes pride in the quality of our handcrafted beard oils. Because of the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/phone]. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements: Item must be unused and in its original packaging (if returning). Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt). Claims for damaged or incorrect items must include a photo for verification.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used beard oils (due to hygiene standards). Gift cards or promotional items.
