Q: What ingredients are in your beard oil? A: Our base formula contains:

Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin? A: Yes! Our Unscented variety contains no fragrances, and all our carrier oils are gentle and nourishing. Jojoba oil closely mimics your skin's natural sebum, making it ideal for sensitive skin. However, if you have specific allergies, please review our ingredient list carefully.

Q: How much beard oil should I use? A: Start with 2-4 drops for most beard lengths. You can always add more, but you can't take it back! Apply to damp beard after showering for best absorption.

Q: Do you offer beard balm? A: Yes! Our beard balm (2oz tins) is available in the same signature scents as our oils, plus an unscented option.

Q: What about body oils? A: We offer premium body oils in 4oz bottles:

Q: Do you ship outside Texas? A: We currently ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Q: What if my package arrives damaged? A: Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll replace your order or issue a full refund - your satisfaction matters to us.

Product Care

Q: How should I store my products? A: Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our dark glass bottles help protect oils from light damage. Properly stored, your products will maintain quality for 12+ months.

Q: Why is my face balm melting or liquefying quickly? A: Face balms contain natural beef tallow, which has a low melting point and will soften easily with minimal warmth (body heat, warm rooms, etc.). This is completely normal! Simply place it in a cooler area and it will firm back up. The melting doesn't affect the quality or benefits of the product.

Q: My product looks cloudy - is it bad? A: Not at all! Natural oils can sometimes appear cloudy due to temperature changes. This doesn't affect quality or performance. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us.
