About Our Products

  • We handcraft our beard oils in small batches using carefully selected carrier oils chosen to condition the beard and the skin beneath it. No fillers, no shortcuts—just a thoughtfully developed formula tested and refined with real people and real feedback.

  • We currently offer six options: Boardroom, Date Night, The Woodsman, Bay Rum, Fresh Shave, and Unscented. Each scented oil has its own distinct character, while Unscented gives you the same beard-conditioning base without added fragrance.

  • Our beard oil is made with castor oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, and coconut-derived caprylic/capric triglycerides. Scented varieties also contain our fragrance blend, while Unscented contains no added fragrance.

  • Beard oil is a lightweight daily conditioner that nourishes the skin beneath your beard, softens and conditions beard hair, and adds natural shine. Beard balm provides those conditioning benefits with added hold and control to help shape your beard and tame flyaways. Use oil for everyday conditioning and balm when you want conditioning with a little extra styling power.

  • Tallow & Gold takes a simpler approach to moisturizing. Instead of a traditional water-based lotion, it starts with grass-fed beef tallow and is blended with jojoba oil and organic honey sourced from a local apiary.

    The result is a rich, concentrated balm that helps soften and moisturize dry skin without requiring a long list of unnecessary ingredients. Because there’s no water diluting the formula, a little goes a long way.

  • On The Regular offers more than beard oils and balms. Our growing grooming and body care line also includes three body oils, made fresh at the time of purchase; mustache wax made with beef tallow, carnauba wax, and locally sourced organic beeswax; and our unscented beard wash, a gentle, plant-based cleanser made for the beard, face, hair, and body.

Ordering and Shipping

  • You can order directly through our website or contact us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, email, or by phone. We’re happy to take your order personally if you prefer. You can also shop with us in person at local vendor events.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. We use UPS and USPS and, whenever possible, choose a service with an estimated three-day delivery time. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and carrier, so arrival dates are not guaranteed.

  • We currently ship throughout the United States, including APO/AE addresses .

  • Yes! Crazy free delivery. Most local orders are delivered within 24 hours, often the same day or next day. Depending on what works best, we can arrange a meetup, hand-deliver your order, or leave it at your requested location.

  • If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us by phone or email and let us know what happened. Whether an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or your package hasn’t arrived, we’ll work with you to make it right. Customer satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to be happy with your On The Regular purchase.

Returns and Satisfaction

  • Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our grooming and body care products, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

    If a product arrives damaged or broken in transit, please contact us and provide photos of the damage. Once verified, we’ll issue a refund.

  • Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us by phone or email and let us know what happened. We’ll work with you to address the issue whenever we can.

  • Because scent preferences are personal, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products simply because a fragrance isn’t the right fit for you. If you’re unsure which scent to choose, our Discovery Pack lets you try smaller sizes before committing to a full-size product.

Product Care and Use

  • Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Because many of our formulas use natural oils, tallow and waxes, changes in temperature can affect their texture or consistency. This is normal and does not mean the product has gone bad.

  • Our Tallow & Gold is made with natural tallow and may soften or melt when exposed to warm temperatures. We take extra care when shipping in hot weather, including using cold packs when appropriate, but temperature changes during transit can still occur. If your balm arrives softened or melted, place it in a cool area and allow it to firm back up before use. Melting may change the texture slightly, but it does not affect the quality of the product.

  • Yes. Natural oils can sometimes become cloudy when exposed to cooler temperatures or temperature changes. This is normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the product. Allow the oil to return to room temperature and gently shake the bottle before use.
